On the first page, the child is asked to grasp a cardboard shape, a red circle, under which is written "prendre" (to take). On the next page, the word "donner" (to give) is read out, and the child mimes the action of giving by placing the shape in the palm of a hand. This is followed by "open/close", "appear/disappear"...
