Founded in 2004, Planeta Tangerina is an independent Portuguese publisher dedicated mainly to picture books, but also includes the "Two Steps and a Leap" collection for teenagers and an impressive non-fiction collection. They recently celebrated the publication of their 100th book with the graphic novel Mar Negro. Planeta Tangerina is internationally recognized and highly respected for its original and innovative work in children's publishing.
