For children aged 5 to 10
Pianist Joana Gama is coming to It's a Book for a workshop based on the book "Trees have no legs to stand on", which was born out of the show she presented and which has delighted children all over the country. In dialogue with the participants, using games and the music from the show, the pianist will unravel the thread that connects trees to everything around us. Participants will take home a copy of this precious book (included in the price of registration).

Livro Cucu
With illustrator Maria Remédio
For children aged 2 to 4 accompanied by an adult
Livro Cucu is back! In this workshop we'll glue pieces of paper together, discover how to play with them, what they reveal and what they hide. It will be the first gluing experiences, with different types of paper and materials, for the creation of a small book made in partnership with the big child who accompanies the little child!

Imaginary Places
With illustrator Mariana Rio
Children aged 5 and over
This workshop, led by illustrator Mariana Rio, aims to explore the relationship between memory, imagination and creativity. Designed for children aged five and over, the Imaginary Places workshop is a space and time for exploration with creative constraints. We will imagine places, which will then be materialized in illustrations created exclusively with tape collages, in a limited range of colors. These constraints increase the need to use lateral thinking, which will lead participants to explore diverse and new solutions.

In this workshop we're going to try to have fun (first of all) through writing.
Searching for words and the best way to combine them, we might find something small and precious that has been waiting for us for a long time.
Bring your head (and everything inside it), paper and pen. Nothing else is needed. The rest will appear!
