Corraini
Founded as a contemporary art gallery (1973) and later becoming a publishing house (1988), the Italian Corraini assumes itself as a space for research and experimentation; a "publishing workshop" open to artists, illustrators and designers. The history and identity of the publishing house are closely linked to the remarkable artist and designer Bruno Munari (1907-1998), who worked with Corraini for many years, determining what would be his path in the publishing medium. With a particular focus on artist's books for children, at Corraini all elements of a book's form and content are worked on as complementary aspects of the same project.
Besides Munari, the catalog includes works by Enzo Mari, Martí Guixé, Giosetta Fioroni, Paul Cox, among many others.
The publishing house is based in the city of Mantua, Italy.
