Beatrice Alemagna
Beatrice Alemagna is a prolific illustrator and author of books for children. She studied Graphic Design at ISIA Urbino and in 1997 moved to Paris, where she currently lives. For over ten years, she worked as a graphic designer for the Pompidou Center.
She is the author of a work as vast as it is remarkable, recognized with an endless list of distinctions that includes the Andersen Prize, the Gold Medal for Original Art from the Society of Illustrators, and four consecutive nominations for the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award.
